2. Accepted Payment Methods Gignestia exclusively accepts payments via credit and debit cards. We do not support payments through bank transfers, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or any other alternative methods. Users must ensure that they provide accurate and valid card details when completing transactions. Any attempt to use unsupported payment methods will result in the transaction being declined.

3. Payment Processing and Security All payments on Gignestia are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, which is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). We do not store users’ complete card details, ensuring maximum security and protection against unauthorized access. Users must ensure that their card information remains confidential and report any unauthorized transactions immediately.

4. Transaction Fees and Charges Gignestia may apply transaction fees to certain payments, including service fees for processing transactions between clients and freelancers. These fees will be clearly stated before the finalization of any payment. Any applicable taxes, including VAT or sales tax, may also be included in the final payment amount, depending on the user’s type, location and local regulations.

5. Payment Authorization and Confirmation By submitting your card details, you authorize Gignestia to charge the specified amount for the selected service or course. Payments must be completed before gaining access to the purchased service or content. Once the transaction is successfully processed, users will receive an email confirmation containing payment details and access information.

6. Refunds and Payment Disputes As per our Refund and Return Policy, all payments made on Gignestia are final. Due to the nature of digital content and freelance services, we do not offer refunds unless an exception applies, such as duplicate transactions, unauthorized charges, or technical errors preventing access to purchased content. Users must report disputes or payment-related concerns to Gignestia support within seven (7) days of the transaction.

7. Failed Payments and Payment Declines If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or a declined authorization, users must resolve the issue with their card provider and retry the transaction. Gignestia is not responsible for any fees imposed by a user’s financial institution due to failed transactions.

8. Fraud Prevention and Compliance Gignestia employs advanced fraud detection and verification measures to protect users and maintain a secure payment environment. If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, we may require additional verification before processing the payment.
